Center Display

Is there any way to set the default center display? I want the display to always show the compass. It currently resets to showing fuel economy when I start the car.

When I start my car the center display "remembers" what was shown before the engine was shut down. It works with the instant and average fuel displays. I'll try it with the compass display and see what happens.

This is true, I forgot about that. I was referring to the one on the nav screen that looks like a miniature version of the one on the center display.

There maybe other navigation aids in the car but nevertheless I want the compass to show when I start the car. The avg MPG display is depressing :-(

Mine starts in the Instant Fuel Consumption spot, regardless of where it was the last time I had it on. Quite annoying to have to scroll through to where I want it every time. It's the little things...

Perhaps the display in a Prius would be more to your liking?!
