Joined the club tonight

Thank you to everyone here.
The information I have gathered over the last few months has allowed me to join the ranks of Genesis owners.

Picked up a new 2013 Titanium 5.0 R-spec tonight.

So far so good. Driven about 50 miles and the exhaust is already sooty haha

I will be ordering badges tomorrow.

The dealer sticker is coming off when the sun comes up, too tired to get it tonight.

Know the feeling. Hard to sleep with that waiting for you. I had mine 2 years now and every time I get a chance to drive mine I’m ready, love it.
Especially like the eye balls I get on the interstate cruising at 75 and watching them in the rear mirror breaking @ss to pull alongside to check out the metal.

unfortunately, im over 1000 mi from it at work. I will see her again this weekend.

I ordered the trunk and wheel badges to be here this weekend.

I am researching sellers on the different types of airbags so i can have no external Hyundai logos except for the glass etching

Will probably order the airbag this week, but they all come from Korea, so it will be a few weeks before i can install it.

Any tips on removing dealer stickers and the H badge on the rear trunk?

took the dealer advertising off the trunk today.
i peeled the vinyl off with my fingernail, then used rainx bug and tar remover to remove the residue.
Took less than 2 min.

havent taken the H off yet. wont til i get the wings.

I have a 11 year old vehicle that has had sheepskins since new. Look under the skins and the seats look factory new. I just like to keep the wear and tear to a minimum.
