bluelink on equus

does anyone know how to enable the top row of button in the bluelink menu?

I signed up for the bluelink, whatever the top package was, but apparently i can't access that menu, i have called bluelink twice and also hyundai twice without luck..

i'm about the cancel the top part of the package because no real point to have it especially if i can't get those to work.

so far loving my car, except that someone backed into me in a parking lot 4 days after i bought the car while i was pulling into a spot and i can't get them to call their insurance company.

That's why you have an insurance company.

yes i was trying to avoid calling mine so i don't get a mark on my record for someone hitting me but i guess it's unavoidable. I wish I had called them on the first day for how much trouble it has been to get them to do the work.

right the 2014 ultimate, ahh that's probably why no one has replied, i can't imagine there are that many 2014 ultimates and then even less that paid for the big bluelink package and then even less that are on here.

oh well if i ever figure it out I will write a solution but right now I wish i had not bought the thing.

I have a 2014 Ultimate and I have all 3 Bluelink packages and my top row is not highlighted. Not quite sure though. I use the “Downloaded POI” the most. I’m not near my car at the moment but what does the top menu read?
I have the XM weather and Nav Traffic as well. The XM weather is pretty nice and I like seeing the radar and 3 day forecast. I usually access that from the “Home” menu and then “XM DATA”.
