  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Is there any difference in the front seats between the base, Premium and Tech models? I mean in terms of bolstering/padding or the kind of leather? I'll re-read the brochure to see if the seats in the higher models can move in more directions. Thanks

Base and Premium packages have the standard leather. If the car has the technology package, it will have the ultra premium leather. Side bolsters / padding is pretty much the same though, just difference in the leather. I have the premium package, and the leather still feels good. I also noticed with the standard leather, it doesn't wrinkle as bad as the Ultra Leather. Or at least not with mine compared to some of the pictures I've seen on here.

The side bolsters and padding is no where near the same..... at least not in the 2013 base compared to pre-2013 models.

I drove a Genesis premium on Saturday and didn't like the driver's seat. I then sat in a Genesis in the showroom and thought the seats had more padding and support. They were bit premium but I don't know if the one I drove was a 2013 or earlier. It had less than 100km.
