  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hello,

Been involved with cars for a while, and honestly i have not seriously considered hyundai until the debut of the Genesis Coupe. My friend has a 4 door elantra, which is nice for a daily commuter but not really anything fun.

I thought i would hop on the forum to learn more about these cars, and keep updated on what is going on. I am getting more and more interested in the new MT 2.0L Turbo Coupe.

Eventually i might def. like to pick one up.

Hope to stick around, :)

I'm a sedan guy myself, but the coupe sure looks like fun. Ah to be young again...
Welcome, and enjoy yourself!

Welcome to the site! Glad to have some female members at our site!

Good choice with the car. I'm looking forward to the Genesis Coupe myself.

Again welcome! :welcome:

Hello,

Another option you should look out for is the Elantra Touring which should be on the dealer lots later this year.

The Elantra Touring is basically the Hyundai i30, which is Hyundai's version of the award winning Kia Cee'd (available only in Europe) and is a totally diff. machine from the US Elantra.

The Cee'd has won praise from German auto reviewers for having handling on par w/ that of the VW Golf and just behind the segment leader, the European Ford Focus.

So basically, not quite as sporty/fun as the Genesis Coupe, but more practical (if that's something you are considering).

I want more of a sports car i guess. But, i will consider all options.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes.

This site is catered more towards the sedan. There is a great community at g encoupe.com(without the space between 'g' and 'e') that talks exclusively about the Coupe. Hope to see you there as well.
