Just put wings on

Hey guys just put the wings on yesterday and I love the look. Was wondering if any of you have taken the genesis lettering off of the back? Kinda leaning towards doing that because seems repetitive to have the wings with genesis on them and the lettering below. I think it would look pretty clean with just the wings and the 4.6. Any of you done it?

Thanks guys. Both look super clean. I know what I'm doing this weekend lol. Also saw the rigid collars in your sig. I think I'm gonna try to get that done this weekend too.

That's what I did yesterday.

I removed "Genesis" and only have the wings on the back. Clean and mysterious. FYI the Genesis letters came off without any heat, just using my fingers (and fingernails). No fishing line or floss necessary.

Good to know Mark. Did you use goo gone on the residue left behind? I used it on the wing install and it didn't seem to do a whole lot. I did however end up with about 90% of the glue left on the car vs. 10% coming off with the hyundai badge. A lot more work than the youtube videos showed to get it clean lol.

I'd say about 20-30% of the sticky tape was left on the car. I used my finger nail to scrape up the big stuff and goo gone to do the final cleaning. 10 minutes tops for the whole job.
