  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
^Looks sweet! - retains the vehicle's classy image. Good work:D

Hmmm, me likes. :D Might have to pull my $4.50 Stang emblem off. ;)

Just ordered another wing emblem to see how it looks just mounted below the V8 in the recessed part of the engine cover or below the 5.0 emblem.

Do not do it! ....it already looks "busy". I'd leave the V8 logo there and that is it.

That's why I was going to see how it looks and can always sell the wing emblem if I don't use it.

Here is another option :D

Not to be a killjoy, but not sure I am getting the focus on decorating an area of the car that is essentially nondescript and unseen except for your mechanic.

Cars today routinely cover the engine components, making the engine bay less of a visual tour than in previous eras where 4-barrel carbs and chrome valve coves could be fawned over. In some rare situations, the engine compartment is used as a showpiece of hand built parts symbolic to the cars character (BMW M cars) where some of the workmanship can be seen. I'm not sure the engine compartment is something I would show to someone here, when it basically looks like any other car today and the surrounding metal is much more appealing and different. If it floats your boat however, go for it.
