  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I went online to make a payment via Hyundai Finance and no matter what I do a Rapist's Kit ... *ahem* excuse me, a "Terms and Conditions"page pops up ... mind I have made multiple payments via this site and this was NOT there and they're BACKDATING IT as of THREE YEARS AGO.

That lie/fraud/rape/cheat is bad enough, but this is NOT some standard set of disclosures and includes FORCING YOU to stop receiving paper statements and into accepting various other electronic conditions at their whim, NONE of which have anything to do with the simple thing I'm doing, namely paying them - FOR THEIR BENEFIT AS MUCH AS MINE - online.

Am I misreading anything? Have others experienced this change? Do you mind?

No, I haven't seen this set of Terms and Conditions but equating it to rape seems inappropriate.

Those terms do sound ridiculous. I, for one, am not financed through Hyundai itself. The dealer I went to said they could beat my pre-approved 1.9% rate and they did at 1.65% with TD auto finance (that I had not heard of before). To the root of your issue though, is it possible to pay Hyundai through an ACH transfer (autopay) from your bank without accepting these terms? You might also try the mobile version of the site, I've occasionally had things like that only show up on the desktop version.
