  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I ordered a 5.0 Genesis emblem from them and received it rather quickly so no problem there however, even though the order says 5.0 they somehow managed to send me a 4.6 emblem. Problem is there is no way in hell to get a hold of anyone there. They discontinued any phone lines a long time ago and actually have a small paragraph on their site saying emails are so plentiful they may not answer. They direct you to use sms or facebook however after 3 weeks of trying all 3 ways they have listed, not a peep from anyone.

This is unacceptable and I just want to warn others here if there is a problem with your order you will be left high and dry like myself.

I have sent another email to the head office explaining my problem and I will update if they decide to respond. In the mean time I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere!

I guess there are others as I looked them up on BBB and found they have a rating of F See here. http://www.bbb.org/phoenix/business...orts-international-in-avondale-az-1000011853/

Exactly what emblem is this? Was it a Korean emblem not installed on your Canadian Genesis?

Why not get it from you local Hyundai parts department? They may have to order it, but you shouldn't have to pay shipping cost.

Don't take this the wrong way, but I don't get this.

How often are you opening your hood? With engines these days, the thrill of seeing beefy manifolds, large carbs and museum quality machining is hidden by plastic covers and from a long gone era. Even M cars have engine compartments which hide the hand made components revered by many. Impressing someone by popping the hood these days is anti-climactic at best.

Not trying to cause a fight nor question your freedom to add to your car as you wish, I am just trying to understand cosmetically altering a part of a car which is not seen unless having mechanical issues, filling your windshield washer fluid or forgetting what size engine you have

It's a stick on emblem, get over it. ;)

Yeah they straight up are one of the worst aftermarket supply companies in existence. Only way to contact them and get a response is through Facebook, which is a joke. I purchased some parts from them on clearance and they intentionally sent me a wrong item and would not let me exchange/return it. I will never do business with them again and would be surprised if they actually have repeat customers.

Sorry to hear about the wrong emblem.
