  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Sometimes it's just better if someone was to hit u other than trying to avoid it. This is beyond messed up. Anyone know where I can buy a wheel? Anyone on here selling a pair or anything?

There are places that repair wheels like that.
Probably cheaper than a new wheel.

I have seen worse than this.
Try curbrash wheel repair guys.
Craiglist is the first stop looking for these guys who are 100% mobile.
They did an excellent job on my coupe rims for a lot less than the wheel shop would have charged.
They come to you too.

👆👍 great find.

Got a rim for my 2012 rspec for $200 on eBay - oem but "used" and refinished. Hyundai wanted $650- the one I got looked brand new to me. My rim was missing a chunk tho lol so couldn't be repaired. Yours looks salvageable- good luck!

Same thing happened to me, my tire came off the wheel, but the old lady who pulled into my lane gave her insurance details and I didnt spend a dime.
Good luck in finding a new wheel.

Looks like it can be rapaired. I saw a DIY fix on the net-- Genesis Coupe.com/suspension-wheels/32000-diy-fix-your-curb-rash.html

I just had one repaired at at a friends body shop. He called in his "wheel guy" and they repaired it to like new condition. I got a steep discount being friends with the body shop owner and in the same car club. Not sure what it would cost the average Joe.

My best advice, make friends with a body shop owner.
