HI,

New hear...just purchased a leftover 2014 Hyundai Genesis R Spec, and would

like to change the airbag to the one with the chrome wing on it.

The ones shown on ebay indicate that they are only for use up to 2013?

Has anyone found and installed the correct one for the 2014 model,

and if so, where can I purchase it?

Hi - I have purchased two airbags here. Best price. Anything 2013 will fit 2014 as well. In the rest of the world 2013 was the last year for the Gen 1 car. But US Market they carried the Gen 1 a year longer.

I purchased an airbag for my 2011 here and my 2014 R-Spec here. I sold Hyundai logo airbags on eBay, which gets me about $150 back. So not bad price overall to change to the wing.

Most of us have purchased our KDM units from those guys in FastDEW1's link, myself included.

OK, thanks, but I still need to know if the wing emblem is chrome, and will it match the others that I have already placed on my car.

Yes. It's the chrome wing. Exactly like the chrome wing for Korean market. It matches the wing on the trunk. It's not the little round cover up piece you see sometimes. It's the actual bag with factory inset chrome wing.

You need to select the interior color. Either brown or black when you order. If you have the black interior than its black. If you have the tan interior than its brown.
