  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

What's involved and what should a 90K service cost approximately.

There is no such thing as 90K service. It is a fiction created by a dealer to empty your wallet.

Look at the maintenance schedule in your owners manual, and do those things that need to be done (depending on when you last did them). Candidates are:
  • Oil Change (with oil filter)
  • Air Filter Change
  • Cabin Filter Change
  • Spark Plug change (I believe this is 100K)
  • Coolant drain and fill
  • Transmission fluid change
If any of these need to be done (depending on owner's manual and when you last did them), ask for a quote of each specific item. Most people can do the air filter and cabin filter changes themselves (purchase parts at the Hyundai parts department).

+1 and add fuel tank air filter and fuel filter if those have not been done. I recently had all of the above done except for spark plugs which I will do in another 25,000 miles. I am currently at 174,000 on my 2011 V8 Genesis.
