  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I'm very disappointed...

srobak,

It was also called a pound sign all the way back to the first push button telephones of the '70's. :)

I believe the pound sign was assigned to the DTMF keypad in 1969.

That is it, I am selling my 5.0 Ultimate and going out and buying a horse :D

I'm curious to know how old everyone is here...thank you all for giving me a lesson on a hashtag :) err, I mean Pound.

@alwaysforward - you would have to buy 420 horses :D

Still gotta feed and water the horse. :p

gas and oil??? food and water???

Pick your poison.

Can't you tell by our comments and how we seem to know a lot about the past.

Let's just say I'm a product of the '60's and grew up in the '70's. I graduated High School in '79. ;)

Yes, of course - and is still quite useful on them even today. I was only trying to refer to the non-phone / internet generation. :)

No problem... I am 43, but have been told that I seem more like someone who would have grown up in the 50s & 60s, rather than the 70s & 80s.

Youngster.

Not only a youngster, but the bull is a little heavy - "weapons grade laser systems", "high power radar", etc.

Anywhere there's a server available on the internet - you see this sort of silliness.

I am also VERY disappointed in this car. When we first got it, I vowed to myself, NO MODS! Then of course I found this thread...and seen Huddleston, Rloloya, dareckibmw, and others, and I thought...dammit, I'm going to have to break my vow. Why did you guys do this?

Oh really???

I blame you guys for this! who started it first? yep! - Huddleston, Rloloya then You!

This is the reason that my car is on the lift as of now, dammit!

You must be 55 too! :D

Call me Reginald or Reggie guys. It's much easier than my handle of rloyola. My last name is a tongue twister.

Can't wait to see your car when she's low and squatting and looking like she's ready to pounce.

Next month. ;)

And for all you MOD guys, no lowering for me but the Boss has already said when am I going to Tint the windows and it needs to be Louder. Not sure if I'll do the exhaust or not. Don't mind a little low rumble but I got plenty of other toys that are loud. ;)

And Dareck, I see you've removed the rear badging. I did it on the '15 but never did it on the '12. Looks cleaner.

But still waiting to see what you guys do. I have seen the lower front lip spoiler and like the look of it. Would also like to go with some wider rear tires, maybe in the 300 range.

I would go with 295 on my 10.5 rims with 45 offset, there is a room inside like 6-8mm. I think this is the limit for our cars....wider than that, would have to stick out (lower offset).

Mine are pretty much flushed with fenders.

Yes, my '13 Rspec was debadged as well - looked much cleaner, that's why I did this with '15. I really like it like that. It keeps people guessing what kinda car is that? :D

Yea, don't need no tires sticking out of the fenders. so 295 is about the max you say. I'll have to look into it once I burn off, I mean these tires are worn out. :D
