  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I talked to the engineer at Megan Racing this week and he said the coilovers will be ready for public sale next month for the 2015 3.8 and 5.0 sedans

For the ones that didn't understand the jargon being talked by most of you , what are "coil over" and what do they do?

They are matched set of springs and struts, that are installed to lower the car and give a sportier/firmer ride. They're usually adjustable via a series of plates mounted to the body of the strut or spring perch. Sometimes non adjustable sets are called 'cup kits' and yield a fixed ride height.

Different from lowering springs as those kits utilize only shorter springs and retaining factory shocks. Which typically leads to a rougher ride as its not damped properly, and premature wear out of the factory shock absorber (since they were designed for OE springs)

Thanks for the clarification. Now I won't feel like a noob when I see that word.

Thanks guy, it was just a prototype. The reason why the shipping was that much was because of the fact that it was being made in Korea. With that said, I will be Making a new post about the company I found in Florida that will be making molds and designing Front lip side skirts fenders and diffuser for this plate form so please stay tune. All I ask is to gain support, as a fan not business owner I'm trying my best to try and get things made....
