Trunk won't open with out key

I've tried he button near the steering wheel, trunk won't open. I've tried the remote won't work. Looked at fuses on driver side no trunk fuse. It opens with hard key no problem. Thoughts?

Open the glove box, and reset the switch that enables the trunk lockout feature.

Refer to owners manual if you have any questions.

Don't now your year or model but the sedans have a switch in the glove box that can be used to allow only the key usage or auto usage.

Yep when all else fails the manual is your friend and is included with every vehicle for a very good reason.
