Yes, I also mentioned above that it is contracted out.
My point is that if they have more calls than they can handle, and one is for Hyundai and other is for MB, BMW, etc, are they going to take them in order received, or are they going to take them in the order that they think they will cause them the least hassle if they show up late?
Also, even though it is free, I suspect that some of drivers get tips, and they probably know they are not likely to get as much of a tip from a Hyundai owner compared to some other brands.
I'm guessing the local service gets paid the same whether the call is from Hyundai or Lexus. I can't really see them universally prioritizing luxury brands, but of course it's possible. And I also don't think the drivers get to decide on call priority so their tip motivation is likely not a factor.
