Has any one used the "Send to car" in google maps lately? Did it work?
I haven't been able to get it to work for the last few weeks. I've ask at Genesis Care
but have not gotten any answers.
Now I can't even get to the site. I go to login and nothing happens.
I think they need to update the servers if they want to be known as
a luxury car company.

If you doing it within Google maps. That has never ever worked for me.
Are you using either the app or the mygenesis website to send to car?

It just sends me to the MyGenesis website, nothing else. Pretty much useless as I can just their myself if I want to.

I may be confused about it working earlier. Maybe it didn't work.
Google maps did work with my 2016 Genesis but it was MyHyundai, not MyGenesis.
I did use the MyGenesis site about a month ago or so when we took a trip of about 4800 miles to send the POIs because Google didn't work.
I guess the reason Genesis care has not responded is because they know it doesn't work and they don't have a fix for it.
I still love my G80 but i am beginning to think less of Genesis.

For me
App iPhone works fine
Website works fine. Seems to have been offline a few hours ago but it’s up now
Google maps to genesis locations has NEVER worked for me in the last several weeks. Interface is broken. Either google is not handing off the location properly or Genesis is not picking it up. I have never seen Genesis advertise that this was something they support.
