Price Guidance on a 2015 CPO 5.0

Hi guys, first post. Been a lurker for a while, learned a lot here over the months.

What I am looking at is a 27k mile, 2015, tech package, 5.0L, CPO car in Parisian Gray / black. New tires.

Dealer is asking $27,800. I cannot find very many of these for sale, since the 5.0 cars seem rare - I was after a 3.8 car initially but few had the tech package option within the small range of colors I wanted. It has been for sale since early May of 2018 at this particular dealership.

Does this seem like a good price. The car looks pretty spotless. Thanks much.

I didn't price the 5.0s but my 2015 CPO Ultimate package AWD, 29,000 miles was $25,000. I definitely price shopped and thought this was a good deal.

I paid 28k for my 2015 3.8 Tech CPO with 22K one year ago.
28k may be a little high, but if it's what you want and you have no other choices.....

I don't think it is a bad price for a 5.0. I traded an Ultimate 3.8 with 38k miles last October and the dealer was asking 27k for it
Take away the Ultimate package and add the V8 puts you in the same ball park. I'd offer 26+ to start negotiations.

Well, it has been there for three months now. I could not find any Mannheim numbers for V8s at all. I'll probably start out at $25k or $25.5k and see where that goes.

I paid $30k for my 2015 5.0L CPO Tech last August. Car was in near-new, flawless shape (perma-plate treatment on exterior/interior) with only 16k miles. Used car prices in this area tend to skew higher than the national avg. I imagine if I sold it now (nearly a year later and with 25k miles on the odometer), I imagine I'd get somewhere in the $26-28k range, according to local selling prices of similar vehicles in this region.

I paid about that for my pseudo-CPO 2015 5.0 base in Ibiza blue with 25k miles. I’d say it’s a good price
