I’ve had my 5.0 for 2 years now and love it but oftentimes when I reach 80 mph or higher an annoying whistling/humming sound comes from the rear of my roof, near the antenna. Has anyone experienced this and what did you do to remedy it if you were able to? Thanks

No, my 2015 5.0 do not make such a noise. However, maybe your antenna is loose and may need to be secured to roof. I think they are bolted down from the inside of the roof under the headliner.
