Recommended service schedule

Hello,

Per official Hyundai website (Hyundai Recommended Maintenance Schedules) there is nothing need to be changed regularily except oil and only inspection of all parts is needed. Yet per dealership website which seems to be using similar service based on UI it's showing that at 40K break fluid needs to be changed. I understand that dealership can tackle stuff which is not really needed but I'm confused why Hyundai website not mentioning this at all even at higher mileages. Don't you need to change break fluid periodically?

Depends on who you ask. Some are saying 2 years regardless of miles but I've also seen 10 years. In the past it seem that never was OK. Just bleeding when brakes were changed.

It is an opportunity to sell fluid at the parts store and service for the dealers. It certainly does not hurt to error on the side of caution. I've never changed in 3 years or 75,000 miles but the choice is yours.
