Air bag control unit need reprogramming when replacing?

For the air bag control unit under the center console (95910-B1000). If replaced with a used one from matching car does it need to be programmed by a Hyundai dealer or is it fine once you connect it to vehicle? From 15 genesis into 16 and the vins match for compatibility on a Hyundai parts website. Only difference is the "16 has a version 2.3 sticker placed over when the module had 2.2 printed originally. But the unit from the "15 doesn't have that 2.3 sticker, it just has the printed 2.2.

You can't. Must buy new and have programmed by dealer.
