It's not there on mine... could this be because I'm still to new to this forum or something? I am on a Mac, but wouldn't think that would matter.

I found a post in another thread that said to click the envelope icon in the top right and choose "Start a new conversation" and that works!! Just in case anyone else happens upon this post and is wondering the same thing.
