The vehicle makes sense in a global market. For example, I watched a video that said 40% of vehicle purchases in Japan, the world's 3rd largest car market, are super small city cars. I'm sure these cars have a good business case in Korea and China too. But I don't know why they'd debut this in America, which has different sensibilities even if it's a city like New York.

I’m interested in a CPO but there are none on island. So I have to buy one from California. Considering the 2015 DRL mod. Do you guys have any suggestions on whether I should buy a 15 or 16? I was holding off on the 15 because of the Amber running light.
