How do you change defult state on Navigation?

Does anyone know how to change the default state of MI on Equus 2014? Every time I use the navigation the current state is MI but I live in FL and for some reason, it always goes back to MI I would like to make FL my default state on Navigation but can't seem to find this option anywhere. Please help

Do you have your home address set us as "home"? Did you live in MI previously? I don't know of any setting to change but most would default to either "home" or last used.

I do have Florida as home address. No never lived in MI either. It always goes back to MI as default weird

Did you buy this vehicle used? If so reset the gps back to the factory defaults, if not you might want to do that anyway to clear out erroneous data that has accumulated over 5 years.

Thanks but it didn't work, keeps going back to MI. Do you think something wrong with my Navigation? everything seems to work but I always need to do this extra step. It's a bit annoying because every time I have to enter a new address I have to say change state.

Just checked mine. When i live up north it would give me CT or MA depending on where it was used last. Now that I'm in FL, it shows that. No idea why yours does not change. I think since other things did not work you can:
1. Hope if corrects on the next update
2. Move to Michigan.
