  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

None of the buttons work on my key fob. I can still lock and unlock the car with the buttons on the front two exterior door handles. I replaced the battery on the key fob and nothing changed. Do anybody know what the issue could be I checked the forum and it seems like nobody else is having this issue. I have a 2009 4.6. Any help is appreciated.

Try to get it reprogrammed. It might have lost its sync.

Do both of your fobs act this way???

Did you ever figure out your problem? I have a 2011 4.6 sedan and have the same problem. I have replaced the batteries in both fobs, but they dont work.

Nope. The dealership wanted $800+ to reprogram it so I just let it be. As long as the car can sense the key and the buttons work on the door handles I’ll just deal with it..
