  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I picked up my new G70 sport yesterday and yes it is awesome. However, I have a problem and wondering if anyone has an idea. Several times after accelerating up to 30 or 40 and then slowing down there is a vibration in the steering wheel but only for about a second? Probably will be contacting the dealer today.

Depending how long it sat at the dealership, tires could have slight flat spots. Mine has a slight vibration, definitely tires (slightly audible) at 75 mph. Other cars I've had with the Pilot sport tires did this too after sitting through the winter. After about 60 miles, and heating/cooling cycles it goes away. They're softer compound tires which are more susceptible to flat spotting from sitting.

Do you feel it in the brake pedal as you're slowing down?
