Maybe they haven’t posted yet, but I’m not seeing the loyalty and conquest offer promos for June, at least in the SoCal area.

The website hasn't been updated but they have been renewed thru 7/8. They are essentially permanent but have to be renewed each month.
 
That 4k lease cash is pretty sweet. Might be off topic, but what would be the best way to refinance a buy out on a leased car?
