I had several calls with many dealers and Hyundai corporate while doing the same research. The Platinum CPO Wrap is what's called an "exclusionary warranty". It covers pretty much (I hate talking in generalities but it works here) everything but normal wear and consumable items. I went and got the copy of mine and took a snip of the important part which I'll attach here (the exclusions). Your recent posts since you joined show that you're doing your research and I applaud you for that.
Two weeks ago when I got my 2015 5.0 with 24706 miles, I paid $1671 plus whatever state tax is. I called MANY dealers and this was the lowest I could find who would also sell to me even though I purchased the car from another dealer. Feel free to PM me if you want the place and name of the person I worked with.

Line 16 only refers to aftermarket parts but I included it just in case. Also of note; the warranty goes into affect immediately when you purchase it and needs to be done very close to the time of purchase. They will also need a copy of the CPO checklist the dealer you bought from will supply you with (if you indeed got a CPO). No warranty through Hyundai if you don't get a CPO.
