No Fan for Ventilation

2012 Genesis 4 door with 3.8L. Fan on the interior was erratic or would take 30-90 seconds to start. Now no fan at all. Any helpful suggestions, where is the fan located, fuses and/or relays I should start looking at? Wife's car and in Florida, this is a major issue.

These will be (the relays) under the hood. you have 2 boxes, one passenger side up by the windshield and one more up front on the driver side.
I apologize for not giving specifics, but you can open those and flip over the top. It will list out what relay does what. Find the one for the AC fan/blower then go to a dealer ideally to replace with the EXACT one. Dont just look for AMP rating

Nope checked all those. Going with resistor and new fan motor. RockAuto is reasonable. Update to follow.

Update, new resistor and fan motor from RockAuto.com and back in business. Under $150 verses the $650 quote at the service center (not dealership). Step son installed with a Phillips Screw Driver in under 30 minutes. Several videos recommend changing both to prevent blowing the new resist which is the more expensive part, relatively speaking.

Any video help or how to do this? Looks like my 2012 3.8 Genny is making a whistling sound when put on the windshield and not blowing any air here.

The fan is right under/behind the glovebox floor. Right under the cabin filter. You have to let down a valence panel underneath with a couple screws. Then there are like 3 retaining screws, if I remember correctly, and the squirrel fan drops right out onto the floor. Putting the new one back in was quite easy also.

Thanks for the reply but do you think this will address my issue noted above? Windshield/front air not working, all else works..

Pull the cabin filter out. Look down below it while running the heat/AC. You can see if the squirrel fan is going around. If not, probably your problem. If it's not moving, take something like a pencil, and give it a nudge. If it takes off spinning, it's time for a new one. It seems like the fan always stops on a dead spot when you shut the car off, so next time, no fan.
