  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

What's the width of them? ~9x20 et20 will poke (it should be around et32-37mm). The rear 9-10.5 et45 will be fine.

Yea bro unfortunately it’s 20x9 thanks for the feedback

Hi darecki, what wheels and size rims are you running on your Havana? The stance on yours is exactly what I'm going for with some 20's on my recently acquired '16 Ibiza. Also, did you drop yours at all(?) - I prefer minimal wheel gap but also not the low-ride look, just tight. Any input appreciated, thanks.

Wheels are Velgen MBV5 20×9 et32 255/35/20 front and 20×10.5 et45 285/30/20 rear.

Havana Red isn't lowered, I didn't want to touch the suspension, it's good enough as it is. My previous '15 5.0 was lowered on GT-F springs with ~.75 inch drop all around, it was almost perfect.

Perfect, thanks for the details! I have a few different wheels in mind, but knowing the exact offset and fitment is key. And while I like the suspension, I'll have to see how she looks once they're on. I saw another on here using Storm Springs with 1.2/1.4" drop and that might be a bit more than I'd like, so the 0.75" GT-F's do sound ideal should that become a possibility. Much obliged for your expertise.

I've had GT-S first.....the drop suppose to be 1-1.2", it turned out the front sank ~1.7 and was unacceptable by my standards, it was too low and dangers to drive on. so I switched to GT-F then.

This is how my car looked like on either springs.factory springs.jpgGT-F.jpgGT-S.jpg

Hey Dareck, yep I had found the old thread with those pics earlier and, I must say, quite the different looks. I'd agree with you that the GT-F's are just the right height. They ALL look good, but the GT-S's are just a bit too low and aggressive for what I'm after.

Your pic with the GT-S's actually looks sharp, but I'd guess that was before it sank down the whole 1.7", which would be WAY too low imo. I've always preferred a very slight wheel gap or the fender right above the tire line, at most. Just personal preference. Thanks again!
