  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Every time I push the POI button on the mirror I get a message that says "no network response" . Anyone else getting this? Anyone find a resolution?

Yes I am in Southern California and I could not use it about two hours ago.

I'm in Gainesville, FL visiting my son. Same problem.

Been happening to me for a week. Called Genesis and they are aware of the issue and working on resolving it. Their engineers are trying to determine if it’s all cars or just select vehicles. They assigned a case to it for me and said will advise when they have an answer.

I’ll try it again tomorrow and if it’s still offline I’ll let the know and they will have one more data point by model

Same in Sacramento Ca area. Past week sometimes it worked and sometimes says network issue - didn’t work earlier this afternoon.

Did not work an hour ago, just worked now. Did a door lock and status update

It was the Google search that did not work for me, not the status, etc. The OP referred to the POI button on the mirror.

Same for me. Google search at the mirror search button failed. The one in the Navi screen worked.

Same thing here in Michigan yesterday; no network availability for either POI searches or remote start. Not good when operating in cold/wet weather in unfamiliar territory. Haven't tried it yet today...

Response from Connect service on mirror would give different results than using voice search button on steering wheel?

yes the are a completely different system. Stick to the mirror button. It uses google to do the search and is very accurate.

Google search, the POI button on the mirror, is now WORKING for me today Sunday.

I'll try mine again today and see. Yesterday wasn't working - same error as OP.

Back up and running in Arizona

Tried mine again today, still not working... Still says no network response. WTF. Maybe I've got something messed up in the settings? Only started happening after I updated to v13.5

Call in and let them know you have an issue.

Tried mine this weekend and it was down. Anyone else see issues over the Holidays?
