I've noticed something a little odd with my G70 adaptive CC. Let's say you're in the middle lane, with the adaptive cruise set. You come up on a car that's going slower, but the left lane isn't open yet, so you stay behind the slower car. When there's an opening, you signal left and move into the left lane to pass and resume your set speed. Every time I'm in this situation, you can feel the car accelerate a little for just a moment when you signal and start to move left, but then it suddenly slows down for a moment as you're crossing into the other lane, which makes you go "huh?", and then once you're fully in the left lane with nobody ahead, it accelerates again to resume your set speed.
Note that this is all done with no manual intervention of brake or accelerator. Also, I don't use the lane assist, so the fact that I'm crossing the painted line into another lane shouldn't matter (plus I'm using my signal).
Anyone else notice this little drop in speed when using ACC in this scenario?
Otherwise, I've found the system to be flawless.
