  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Genesis you make it very frustrating to continue to support you.

I received an email today indicating that Genesis was giving me "Free Tickets" to the L.A. Auto Show: it says 2 Free tickets

however when I went to register it only gave me one ticket, after I registered it sent me to the Eventbrite website that asked for an access code to claim my tickets.

I have no access code, I received an email that said thank you for registering, but contained no code. When I logged in to Eventbrite (as I have an account already with them) I got an error that said I do not qualify for this promotion as it is only available to current Genesis G70, G80, G90 owners with an active Genesis Connected Services Account.

Seems like Genesis needs some new people in their IT and Promotions teams, because apparently they can't get their shit right..

I got an invite that had a promotion code on it. That works as the access code.

mine didn't have any code. just a link

gets better, used the "contact the organizer" link to alert Genesis of the issue, I got a response that there was a glitch in the system and then they sent me a new promo code so I could get the correct tickets, when I used it I get an error that the event is now sold out.
