2020 G80 Sport dropping radio/XM presets

Our new G80 is dropping radio/XM presets. We enter presets, they remain for a few days and then disappear. Any thoughts, ideas would be welcome!

First I'd try a radio reset. There is a pinhole on the front panel and you can use a paperclip or ballpoint pen to do the reset.

If that does not work, see the dealer. They may end up replacing it. No reason to go digging into it, you have a warranty.

Had the same a few weeks after delivery of my 2020 G80 Sport. Put in presets again and has not dropped yet. If happens again I would take it to the dealer under warranty.

The OP never replied. I't try a radio reset and you can also do a Sirius signal refresh too. Easier and faster than going to the dealer if it works.

My G80 Sport has the same problem with presets disappearing. Dealer told me that Genesis is aware of the problem and their engineers are working on a software fix. I was told 6 to 8 weeks from today, February 17th. Contact Genesis Customer Care, get a case number and when a fix is available, they will contact you to set up a appointment with the dealer.

My 2020 G80 - same issue. Dropped off at Dealer. They reset the computer. 1 day later. Presets gone again. Ordering new radio. It's back ordered a month.

I just got off the phone with Genesis Customer Support
Much like others who have posted, a fix is on the way.
They reported it is 4-6 weeks away

I contacted Customer Care and they said please get in contact with the dealership in 8 weeks and ask if the TSB for the pre sets has launched yet. 8weeks should be on or about April 15th.
I was originally told I would be contacted but I doubt they will call so you should call the dealership yourselves.

The same problem since I purchased the car in December
I wouldn’t think it would take months to fix...
I have been a big fan of Hyundai/Kia/Genesis but this is trying my patience
seems like my dealership and Genesis aren’t on the same wave length
the fix is always 6-8 weeks out

There is a software fix. Did he do that? The fix just became available in the past week or two.
