Break lights

I dont know what's going on but my driver side brake light stays with the brake light on my passenger side brake light doesnt work and the window break light works normally I dont even know where to start to fix it I've done no work or anything to the lights

Is it a dual filament bulb? If so, change the bulb. Sometimes one filament breaks and shorts out the other one for strange happening. Check for corrosion in the sockets too.
