  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I was picking up my license plates at the dealer Genesis of Plano, north of Dallas, TX tonight and saw these brochures on their counter. I hadn't seen them before, and can't find them online, so I grabbed one of each and scanned them to PDF. Here's "The Genesis Difference" magazine, volumes 1 and 2.

thanks for sharing.

It does seem to outline how they should be treating the customers, mentions loaners, etc. Makes me wonder if all these problem dealerships even get a copy.

Hopefully, the dealerships put a few copies of the brochure in the employee break area for them to read...

i have never seen those at my dealership. smh

I hope they make it a mandatory read and part of training. Literally any nudge in the right direction would be helpful for some of these dealers

Seems many dealers are just stupid and have done nothing. I got lucky and bought my Genesis in CT and later moved to FL and a different dealer. Both have been very good and have Genesis specific people to work with. It really is not that hard. I don't need a special urinal in the restroom, but I do expect courteous service and straight answers by knowledgeable people. Do that and you may get my next car buy too.

Appreciate the share.
Thank You

The attached snippet from one of the brochures sums it up. It would be good to show a Genesis rep who "doesn't get it".
