Update failed with error message "Failed to authenticate" after update

Was happy with everything until I checked for an update in the MapnSoft website - Followed everything to the point, The update completed and the unit restarted and said "Failed to authenticate" Now navigation doesn't work. Any fixes?

A better description of what you did would help.

Did you get an SD card from ManNSoft or did you download it to a card of your own? Do you still have the old SD? If so, try putting that back until you solve the other problem.

Sorry about the sparse explanation before, Typed that from my phone.
So, Placed an order on the MapnSoft website >> Downloaded the program >> Ran program which downloaded version 13.5 update >> took out the SD card from the car >> The program formatted the SD and finished copying the files >> Started the car , put in the SD card >> Vehicle info >> update >> updates ran for 20ish Minutes >> The screen restarted a couple of times >> finally after everything and the final restart of the screen ( car ignition was always on) the screen showed "initializing navigation" then "Failed to authenticate " >> Home screen shows climate in place of the usual navigation screen.

I used the same SD which came with the car.
Thoughts?

Perhaps something hiccuped during the download? Only thing I can see it to try another DL if you can or contact mapnsoft.

Nice! I was going to suggest just ordering a new SD from MapnSoft, but it looks like you got it figured out with having to do that. Glad things worked out.

Someone must be working a slow shift this evening. Hah!

Glad you got it fixed, but the last step of the Download and Install onto the SD card is "Authentication". Must have had a on from this step.
