What version of the software are you guys running? If it's older do you have the unified search feature on?
The system uses Google to do the voice recognition...for me if can even match things like "Japaneiros" and "Kolache". What the system needs for even harder things (Cotija and Oaxaca) is the ability to spell.

In Quebec we are missing out on a lot of my favorites like Panera and Swiss Chalet but I'm grateful we have Timmy's. Heck I have all their locations permanently displayed on my nav map!True Canadian. Million and one things you could've searched, and still went for tims.
Yea go to the Mapnsoft website and make an account and order the update. It'll be delivered to you. It should eventually be available for download but map updates are free for 5 years so might as well order it!Going through all menu settings I can think of and trying some of the suggestions given still nothing doing....never understands the simplest of commands. FWIW my map version looks like 12. Would changing that fix the voice recognition issue or just update routes? Can I just update myself without going through the dealer?
