Is this a good 2015 Genesis (G80) buy or should I run?

So I found this 2015 hyundai genesis for a good price. It is single owner with 75k miles and the carfax doesn't have anything suspicious. However, a pre purchase inspection yielded the following:

• CODE U0101 (LOST COMMUNICATION WITH TCM) FOUND IN HISTORY. - maybe a repair in the past?
• FOUND ACTIVE CODE U0109 (LOST COMMUNICATION WITH FUEL PUMP CONTROL MODULE - seems like a module needs replacement?
• The car was found to test drive fine. No veering, vibration or hesitation.
• Potentially concerning, the shop which did the PPI asked me to check the carfax for 'possible water damage' as they said there a strange build up around the trims etc. of the car. I have attached some pictures. If you own the same model, could you let me know if your car has similar build up?

I was hoping for a trouble free car which this sadly it seems might not be, however, give if the body build from potentially water or moisture is common or not serious (the PPI people said it might have been left in an area with lots of moisture possibly), maybe the module issue can be resolved.

The car fax should very regular services at Hyundai till the 35k miles point and is completely blank after that. The car is price about 1000 below KBB.

Please let me know your thoughts! Is it a pass or should I consider it?

Personally I wouldn’t even consider any vehicle with 75k miles on it with the issues you’d stated, but that is up to you. If the issues are minor enough to warrant you purchasing it, go for it.

I agree with that I am relatively car noob and would be lost with any issues. I just wanted to get a second opinion from the experts here.

My last car was a Lexus ES with 75k miles but it was a very clean car with no issues and 1 owner. Can another 2015-2016 genesis which is well cared for be similarly reliable to my Lexus? Or is it a bad idea all together to consider one with 60-90k miles?

Would have to be at least another 5k cheaper. No idea what those buildups are. Look for a 2016 as the electronics are better.
