I don't mean to hi jack your thread but i was interested in your intake tubing. do you happen to have part numbers, dimensions or a recommended vendor. thanks looks greatNot too hard. I think you'd have problems installing this using the OEM intake. View attachment 29815
Everything fits back nicely.

thank you!! i appreciate it. which catch can did u installHere's the tubing I used. One length will take care of both sides (assuming you mount it in the same place I did).

Keep in mind the stock tubing is tapered (diff size from crankcase into the intake manifold.
I reused the stock tubing coming from the crankcase into the intake manifold. I bought a barbed connector to connect the stock tube and the new tube.

nsx i was referring to the air intake tubing and elbows. thanks for the info on the catch can though
It would be nice if the catch can was an OEM part. Something that was serviced during your oil change. Here's what I caught since my last oil change.

Agree 100%
Either that or design it like I think Audi did where there are extra injectors that wash the valves.
That would be nice, a little more that could go wrong . However the benefits would definitely out weight the problems direct injection pose.Agree 100%

So I just bought my catch can for my 2012 5.0r spec.. I do have stock intake. Obviously mechanics are either booked up or closed down till after Christmas so I thought I might attempt to install this myself but don't really have a good instructional video on how to do so.. your pics are the first I've seen with the catch can already installed on the same engine as mine.. is there any video or instructional help you can throw my way so I can possibly attempt this over the next couple of days ?Not too hard. Yeah I'm not even sure where to connect the hoses or I'd start attempting to install it... I understand that it's the breather from the PCV valve at the valve cover and also it has to connect to the intake or near the throttle body.. not sure, I guess I'll just start pulling stuff apart and try to figure it out. I get that all it is is mounting the catch can somewhere and then connecting two tubes but I was just hoping to see a diagram or picture of where my engine the 5.0 Genesis has the hoses plugged in at before I start..Based on what I saw when I had the stock intake installed, I think you'll have clearance issues installing it. Maybe someone else tried it and can help.

Lol !!! Croatian cursing cracked me up.. Thanks, I needed that. Would you mind posting a couple of pics ? Where the hoses connected and how the can was mounted ?
