  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

This just keeps getting worse. I experienced right turn signal hyperflashing with the SIRIUS LED and again with a warranty replacement. So I purchased the V6 Triton VLEDs with the optional load resistor kit. After installation the right turn signal is still hyperflashing. I tried switching the left VLED to the right side and am still experiencing hyperflashing.
Any suggestions???
Thanks, JimE

Unplug the load resistor kit, it’s not needed nor for DRL use.

you may also need to try swapping the bulb socket between headlights and see if the problem follows, a burnt one causes issues too.

Problem area identified. I started switching parts from right turn signal to left turn signal: LED, load resistor, circuit connectors and then the sockets. When I switched the sockets the hyperflashing switched from the right to the left side.
Lesson learned: If you have hyperflashing problem with LEDs, test the sockets before spending $130 on a different system.

FYI, TRITON has a new improved socket I think they'll provide to any valid owner. One of mine separated in the middle of the body and they sent it right away - better one piece design
