  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I was watching the news and saw a car in the water for just a second and backed it up, was it a Genesis? Sure looked like one:0726201827.webp
Then started watching the news on another network and they showed the same car getting towed out of the water:0726201905_Burst01.webp
It was a Genesis. Looks like a 15/16 with the Genesis name in the lower left and the wing replacing the Hyundai logo. That'd be a sad day for me if that was my car. But I did buy the option that my insurance replace my car with a car identical with one a year newer. Made me wonder if that REALLY works. My '16 AWD Ultimate has 32,000 miles. Would I get a 17 with similar miles? Anybody ever get a car replaced with this kind of insurance?

Sad story :(

Saw the same pictures..very disturbing. Was hoping Genesis was not venturing into the watercraft industry 😉

When I was looking for my car I wanted AWD, ultimate edition & pamplona red with a tan interior in a low miles used car. I got it all except in black. It seemed like all of the pamplona red had a grey interiors & none were the ultimate edition. The black with the tan looks knock out but I bet the pamplona red with tan would've looked better. I don't understand why this color wasn't more popular than grey or white, not that there's anything wrong with those colors.
