  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Can’t tell from the close up. Probably need a whole engine bay photo so people on the forum can see where it’s located instead of a close up with no other details

Glad you were able to find the part.

Was this repaired by replacing the part and any seals or gaskets?

did you get to change both or just the seals?

Sorry for bumping an old thread but my 2011 4.6 is also leaking from the oil control valve. I was quoted $1k to repair this which doesn’t make sense to me. Apparently there is some labour involved as the engine cover needs to be taken off but this thread suggest the opposite. So I wonder if you had to replace only the seal cap or also the OVC and how much labour was involved?
