  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

What tires? They can make a huge difference.

It's those rubber bands you've got for tires. No sidewall. I hope there aren't any bumps or potholes in the roads where you drive.

Agreed, any reduction in tire size/width will increase NVH.

^^ +1. the extremely narrow sidewall is the likely culprit. the OE 19" tires are borderline at a 40F/35R series, but obviously it is passable since it is the factory fitment. but dropping down to a 35F/30R is just that much less flex, so any road imperfection will be glaring. fingers crossed for what happens at a pothole or rail crossing. and i hope the OP has a separate winter setup!

I thought most car folks knew those super skinny tires would be like driving on steel rims with next to no give. Not to mention crappy traction I'd bet in all kinds of weather.

The rims wouldn’t last more than a couple of weeks here on NY streets. Not enough side wall.
It's got to be a hard ride.
While I agree with the posters on the side wall size I must say they sure do look good.
