Remote start question

With my previous car (Honda) when I started the car remotely I would have to get in and then hit the start button to switch to regular run mode. With my G70 I keep doing that out of habit and it shuts the car off. Do I have to do anything special when it has been started remotely or just put it in gear and go?

Hit the brake pedal, shift into gear and go. It sensed the key in the car.

Yeah, sucks to find out you are the problem but at least easily corrected.

You can also simply open door, get in and close door, no need to hit brake

I’m assuming that the 2021 G80 has a remote start capability.

I'm pretty sure that you have to press the brake pedal to be able to shift out of park and into gear...
