  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Has anybody wrapped the radar on g70 with no problems? if so, does it take away all the functions of the radar?? been wanting to do a chrome delete but obviously don’t want to have to lose all those functions, they have a carbon fiber grill with sensor that i WOULD LOVE TO BUY but it’s only sold in Korea, for obvious reasons the car being a korean car, i have found sites but i don’t know how to read korean, you guys let me know it would be much appreciated !

The sensor in not attached to the grill. It’s mounted to the bumper reinforcement bar. If the wrap was thin enough it might work. It would have to be recalibrated Most like at your expense.

If I was the dealer I'd refuse. It has the potential to shift liability to the dealer if it does not work and a crash results. Most of us know it will stop working in snow and heavy rain. Would you really want to plasti-dip it? Once you do, any problem is on you.

I was thinking the same thing. I personally am not touching mine. I have several occasions the someone dove in front and anchored the brakes and the collision avoidance works great.
