  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hi I JUST got my 2012 Genesis 5.0 R-spec and I already starting to have issues... not really what I was expecting.

Because the car doesn't allow to stream BT music, which I tried several ways and looked it up on this forum, I decided to look for a Bt receiver and on one Thread of this forum I found this product, which is great because eliminates the need to charge the BT. Anyways, This morning I plugged and it worked fine.
Turned the car off and back on to check the connectivity. Everything good.

NOW... I turned off the car and came inside to look for a DVD to check the movie feature. When the welcome screen showed up and prompted me to press ENTER, the Enter button on the main Knob wont work... I turned the car off... on again.. NOthing. Unplugged the new device, nothing. Now its just stuck on the Warning screen and I can't see anything pass that. Removed the knob and press the button manually, nothing.
I don't know what to do. Searched the web and this forum and I can't find anything.
HELP PLEASE.
Also ... is there any way to eliminate this warning screen??????
