  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Welcome to the club :)

Did you finance it through Hyundai? I wonder if they allow dealership demos to be financed through them at a high mileage like that

Nope. Went with my credit union, 2.99 APR. The sales manager told me this car is considered new in every respect since it was never titled.

I've been lurking on here for 3 weeks now since we bought our '09 4.6(no tech pkg) and saw this post today--had to jump in here. We also bought a demo with 5,000 miles on it (dealership owner's choice of ride over Infiniti's co-located at this dealership). Since it was never titled, we get the full warranty(minus the first 5,000 miles obviously). Financed through BofA at 3.9% and we got it for $30,990. We felt we got a seriously good deal and I've wanted to confirm it on here. KBB in our area says trade-in value for this car is approx. $33,000.

We switched the trunk emblem out today(on our own thanks to all the tips on this forum). It took us about 45 minutes and it was smooth sailing and looks awesome with those wings. I'm still debating on adding the hood emblem. My husband filed down the pegs on the back and we're ready to stick it on, but I'm going to wait it out for a few more days and make sure it's what I want to do.

Thanks for all the helpful advice on this forum! LOVE my new car:)
