Factory order?????

A local dealer told me that Hyundai DOES NOT take customer orders for cars...I.E....Specific color combo, options. Do we really have no choice but to take what the dealer might/might not have????

It's Hyundai not Ferrari. The best the dealer can probably do is find what you're looking for and do a dealer swap. That's assuming you live in a populated area of the country. I have 5 Hyundai dealers within a 10 mile radius of my home, but I also live in LA.

They won't be able to directly factory order a Genesis - however they can look at the ones HMA get in by the boatloads every month, and buy the one you want, to sell to you. Consult your sales manager.

Considering there are not many options, just colors, dealers can check inventory in/out of state and even what is in transit from Korea and to where.

Or you can call Earl Scheib for a $99 special with genuine GE silicones for truely customized paint! (leave the windows down and get the interior done for free)
