  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Genesis GV80 Pictures

It looks like a really bad accident. It’s a miracle he survived at all. I hope it’s not a flaw with the car...
He was travel at what must have been high speed. The impact to the front and back of the vehicle is from the ground during a cartwheel. I certainly hope that he can recover and that it was not a problem with his vehicle.98F053E5-98E8-4F54-86CE-6CC19E4CF2F5.webp

According to the press conference, the site has been a common one for accidents (esp. for those speeding).

According to both depts. (police and fire), Tiger is lucky to be alive (#1 reason was wearing his seatbelt).

#2 reason is that the GV80 has 10 airbags. Three of them surround the driver and front passenger which keeps them in place and padded, so his body wasn’t thrown all around the vehicle like a rag doll. He is lucky to be alive, and he is alive because the car saved his life!!!

And here is mine:
That’s a beauty for sure. I’m hoping to test drive one and see if legroom will be a show stopper. I hope I fit.

Well, if you are indeed 6'6", I would be interested if you fit, too. The GV80 has good legroom, but I'm not sure how you'll fit. Let us know when you finally get to test drive one.

Bought prestige in Jan 6’4’ 225 lbs. it’s comfortable but the stupid dead pedal aka foot rest on the left is a pain in the ass. It rides high but not too bad. Not a deal breaker for me. Escalade ,Audi q , all the big boy SUV’s have em. ( why ) it’s nice to stretch the left leg during long trip without going under the brake which is obviously not the brightest idea.

Very nice, but how your 2.5T RWD got the digital gauge and Napa leather with stitching ? Those things only come with 3.5T prestige.
Yes. Im located in Guam so the dealer is able to spec it anyway they want.

Car dealers here seem to be able to order unique combinations unavailable in the mainland. Our Nissan/infiniti dealer is owned directly by Nissan motor corp.

Thank you for your insight. My 38” inseam and 250 lbs is hard to fit in most vehicles without either my knees or lower leg hitting the dash. I am sure I could fit in the G90 but it won’t fit in my wallet or garage.

Do you feel the ceramic is significantly better at absorbing heat than the regular tint?

I have a GV80 on order and am seriously considering some kind of tint on the driver and passenger side windows due to the heat in Southwest Florida. It also looks alot better.

I think he meant ceramic paint coating.
IMO The ceramic window tint does hold up better and can block a higher about of UVs at the same visual darkness.
